We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late it may not be possible for us to complete your scheduled appointment in the time you have reserved. If your service must be changed or shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service you were scheduled for.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
48 hours notice for cancellations is appreciated. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice the client will be charged the full appointment fee to the credit card on file.

Cancellations directed to individual stylists are NOT an official form of cancellation.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. This includes having a pending COVID-19 test with or without symptoms. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients. You will be required to wait 7 days, or until all symptoms have cleared, to reschedule.

GUESTS
At this time we cannot allow you to bring anyone with you to your appointment, this includes children. Children are (more than!) welcome with their own appointment.
