RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We require a credit card on file for all clients. Your card will be entered into a secure system and the sensitive details of your credit card information cannot be accessed by our team once entered. We can view only the last four digits, just to verify that it is the card you wish to use for checkout, or to initiate a charge in the case of a no show or other policy violation that you’ve agreed to in our Booking Agreement.  

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We hold a firm ’24 hours notice’ cancellation policy. When possible, giving 2 days notice is most helpful, but we understand that unexpected situations arise. Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged the full appointment fee, to the credit card on file.

Cancellations directed to individual stylists are NOT an accepted form of cancellation.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. The time slot you have reserved is specific to the service you are receiving. If you arrive even a few late it may not be possible for us to complete your services. If your service must be changed or shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service you were scheduled for.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you or another person in your household is ill in the 48 hours leading up to your appointment please reach out asap to reschedule. For your wellness and the safety of our team you will be required to wait 7 days and/or until all symptoms have cleared to reschedule.

NO SHOWS
Appointments not kept and not cancelled before the scheduled appointment time are considered a No Show and your card on file will be charged for 50% of the total of your services scheduled. 

GUESTS
At this time we cannot allow you to bring anyone with you to your appointment, this includes children. Children are (more than!) welcome with their own appointment.
